Curbside Pickup

Curbside Pickup

Library curbside pickup is available this summer!

Place orders online anytime:

  • Use the online catalog to search for material.  When choosing a pickup location, select the“Curbside Pickup at Library"

Curbside How To

Pickup times:  Tuesday – Thursday, 10am – 4pm.  When your items are ready for pickup, staff will contact you via your arbor.edu email to arrange a pickup time.

Library staff will be happy to mail items to your home address, too!

Writing Center: 

The Writing Center will continue to be available to students.  Students may still receive assistance with their essays in one of two ways. You may email your essay to writingcenteratsau@gmail.com, and a tutor will respond within one business day with comments to guide your revision. You may also make an appointment, and a tutor will set up a Zoom consultation to discuss your essay with you through video chat.

Articles, ebooks and other material

We will deliver journal articles, chapters from books, and ebooks via email.  

MeLCat and Interlibrary Loan

MeLCat borrowing and lending resumed on August 10, 2020.

SAU students, staff and faculty may continue to place requests for materials through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) using the library's databases or the ILL Request Form.

ILL articles and book chapters will be delivered via email.  Requests for books will be placed on a case-by-case basis based on availability.

Renewing Materials

Continue to renew materials online via My Account.  Due dates for SAU library materials have been extended through August 31, 2020.  Many MeLCat and Interlibrary Loan items retain their original due dates but may be kept until Fall semester starts in August.  All fines and fees will be waived for these library items.

Returning Materials

Library items may be returned to the book drop located outside the library's entrance, or the library will be happy to send a prepaid return shipping label to anyone wanting to return books by mail.
